The interview was conducted in person and focused primarily on my previous work experience and how it aligned with the responsibilities of the role. I was asked several situational and behavioral questions that gave me the opportunity to highlight my relevant skills and accomplishments. In addition to experience-based questions, the interviewer also included a few broader, reflective prompts—such as "Where do you see yourself in five years?"—which seemed aimed at understanding my long-term goals and how they might align with the organization’s mission and growth.
