Phone interview-30 min call-no interest from interviewer-very distracted and disinterested interviewer that did not respond to experience story- heard crickets after telling about amazing achievements-It's important to build rapport and find common ground but there was none-there should be back and forth dialogue and it should not be a one-sided conversation
