The HR who interviewed me y phone was stale as bread in personality and not prepared. She grilled me on my experience, and yet had reading compression difficulty since she didn't bother to read my resume. I was very close to hang up which I should've. They called it a marketing position but wanted software development skills. Big Red Flag
