This was 2005, I faxed a resume, they called me and I had one interview. I was hired the next day. Very quick. I suggest the website or linkedin now. I took a couple of test for typing, software and constitution. Some people don't, especially if you are "family".

None really. Talk about the company, things you know, ask about it. They like to talk about it. Probably, the ususal, what was the most difficult task you had to perform/your fault.
