4) on site interview (4 people) in the camden based office (two rounds, one with software devs and the other with more senior members)

The first round was a phone interview some questions about C#/.Net and short chat about experience. Then second round 3 interviews in office: paired programming, solutions interview and culture fit interview with COO.
