Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare interview questions

I applied and was called for an interview. I came to the interview and was asked about experience and I felt that it was a good interview. I got called to meet with the CEO and at first things were going great but then she said I hope you don't leave once you get hired. This was said because of the high turnover rate. I was hired and then went through a background check and a drug screen in which I passed. I was let go because I decided to quit months later.
