Interview
First it was a Hr face to face round and then Comprehensive test with English grammar and then Reading and listening skills and after few weeks manager round for discussing salary package
Very easy to crack the all rounds , only if you good at sports . If u know football and good communication skills u will easily get offer at stats perform.
4 times including phone interviewing by hr, no paper quiz but online quizzing around 30 mins. It’s ok if you asked for friends for helping. Then you having a face to face interview with department manager, the question is only about previous experience and what can you bring to the firm.
It was simple tell me about your self and knowledge about football and they asked how long will you stay and is night shift is ok? It is very simole interview process but still the offer letter didnt came .
