It was a very through process, it took about a month with 3 in person interviews. I met with every level at the company before hearing back. They all lasted about 30 minutes with the last round being an in person breakfast with the whole team.

Question 1
They asked me about a time I had a failed campaign and what I learned from it.
The interview process was pretty standard -- there were about 4 steps with the first step being a brief call. However, every time I had an interview there was a "technical difficulty" or somebody was late. I chose to overlook these small inconveniences because I was really interested in this position as it appears promising online. Big mistake. After getting to the third and final round, they mentioned they would be reaching out to me with next steps -- I never heard from them. Typically this would be fine, however I sent not one but two follow up emails inquiring about whether there were any updates and just never got a response. I thought that a company like Statwax would at least be professional enough to send a rejection email out of courtesy, but I waited 3 weeks to hear back and still haven't. Incredibly disappointing waste of time.
