I applied through other source. I interviewed at Stay In The Game
Interview
Interview was set up for Zoom. The woman interviewing did not turn on her camera. She asked me basic interview questions not specific to the job and had trouble actually explaining the job to me, stating "I know it sounds vauge...." Basically it was decribed to me as calling places to secure internships for students across the country with no details on how we source leads or are evalauted. All strange and off putting, however the worst part was whenever the interviewer stopped speaking to let me answer a question, I heard loud, rough, mic scraping sounds like when someone pocket dials you while walking. Incredibly hard to focus through that and I'm 100% sure whatever was going on over on her end did not involve listening to my answers. Literally the least you can do is be able to describe the job to a candidate after making them take time out of their day to meet you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Describe a time you worked with a difficult individual"
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Stay In The Game (Little Rock, AR) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was good. Short and simple. Only one interview so far, with another one possible. Interview was via phone with one person. I look forward to the next interview, as she said it could any day next week.
