I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Steak ‘n Shake (Snellville, GA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Interview was held during the lunch time and was very short and simple. The manager came over and the process began. I dressed business casual and brought my resume with me, but she didn't look at it. Over all it was a pleasant interview quick and friendly.
Easy…basically just asked about schedule. Then tried to put me in a janitorial closest to watch videos. That was not pleasant, which that was when I decided that it wasn’t for me

Short and sweet. Rather efficient. Would have been better if I we could do it over the phone. Nonetheless it was a good experience. Thanks for interviewing me. Unfortunately I got a bettter offer
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Steak ‘n Shake (Tampa, FL)
Interview
It was an easy process. I was optimistic and enthusiastic as well as excitable. They didn’t mind that I was new and that they would have to train me. They made sure to mention nonstick shoes.
