I applied to stealth space online. I had an initial 15 min phone screen interview with the recruiter. I was then scheduled for a 45 min interview with another manufacturing engineer. That went well and I was scheduled for an on-site interview that was going to last 4 hours which was scheduled a week in advance. I was also instructed to create a ppt presentation (which I spent a few hours preparing.) The night before the interview they cancelled and rescheduled it to be a 45 min phone interview with the hiring manager. 5 mins before the phone interview the next day I received an email the hiring manager was too busy. Then I followed up with the recruiter via phone and email and got no response for about a week. The whole thing ended when a week after I was cancelled on twice I got an automated email saying that they were moving forward with other candidates. The whole process was a huge disappointment, unprofessional, and upsetting.
