Initial discussion with HR recruiter was 30 mins and fairly easy and friendly. Next step was a 30 min interview with the Hiring Manager. That also seemed short, easy, and positive.

Interview
The interview process was fairly thorough. I had both panel interviews as well as 1:1 discussions with the individual who would be my direct report. We had some initial discussions about roles and responsibilities and then deeper discussions about the corporate culture and where there were opportunities to make changes/impacts.
I really enjoyed the individuals I spoke to, but overall it wasn't the right fit for me.
