I was contacted by the recruiter as I submitted my application for the Service Design Lead role. We had a phone screening that went well and the next step was for her to check on availability of the hiring team. This process dragged on for weeks. Despite multiple and successful follow ups, a call with the hiring team never got scheduled. Based on the recent reviews, I'm glad I didn't join this company.
