The HR sent an email to schedule a call for prescreening with pretty straightforward questions, and I got an invite to do an interview with the Production Manager 2 days later. They just wasted my time for the interview, the Production Manager showed me a tour of the Plant and was describing my roles and responsibilities. I never heard back from them after, did follow-ups, and emailed them a couple of times, but no response. If you have already chosen a candidate beforehand, why waste other people's time and resources? Totally disappointed.
