Wanted to give a general outlook of their hiring process and culture ( or lack there of ).
The first step is a screen call with the HR, be aware it will take up to an hour.
The following interviews were just as lengthy with a fairly easy assignment to complete.
Then comes the fun - I interviewed with the ceo, twice. Friendly over the phone, slightly self absorbed and shares more about himself rather than the actual candidate. They will run your background check and call all your references even if you’re not likely to be hired.
During the interview, one advice - be average.
You can’t have a life or a past be it successful or not, they will find every single detail of your life and even email you in the middle of the night during weekends to justify it -
One of the interviewer snitched on another co worker for a typo, that the CEO qualified as “unacceptable”. Haven’t worked there but overall all I read on Glassdoor seems very accurate.
Ceo is profit driven, you probably won’t get paid what you deserve / are asking for.
Seemingly no culture with a total lack of self awareness. If you’re desperate - go for it.
A better offer was around the corner for me and I’m glad I took it.
