30 minutes, mainly about resume, like what algorithm used for the projects, experience with using programming languages. No self introduction. No behavior questions. Overall not too bad. Just be really familiar with resume.
First, I had a phone call with HR, which served as an initial screening. It was a casual and straightforward conversation where they asked basic behavioral and situational questions to better understand my experience and fit for the role.
After the phone call, I was invited to a Zoom interview with both the HR representative and the hiring manager. This interview was also quite smooth — they mainly asked behavioral and situational questions, focusing on how I handle certain work scenarios, problem-solving, and teamwork. Overall, the process felt relaxed and easy to navigate.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stelco (Canada) (Nanticoke, ON) in Jun 2022
