Terrible Interview process. Reached out to me to establish a time in which i can come in for an interview. Only offered times before 9am to come in to interview. Drove 40 min in traffic, once arriving for the first interview, they sit me down for about 10 minutes asking basic questions a 5 year old could answer. "Are you a hard worker", " what kind of sales experience do you have". An interview that could clearly be done over the phone or video chat. Would not disclose the compensation or benefits until the next day I come for a 'second round interview" they ask me to return the following day 8:15am. Arriving once again early through traffic these people really didn't even have a water cooler for people to drink which is crazy for an office building. They told me they wanted an executive to interview me for the second round. The executive basically never showed up and had a girl that was working there for 3 months interview me, she began telling me how she used to bartend before this job which nothing against that, but this immediately just told me they would hire anyone. Basically doing the same thing, asking super basic questions. Finally breaking down the compensation (which is garbage), they make you pay for all your gas to visit job sites which all day you'll be driving. They sell office supplies, I thought I was in an episode of the office. After breaking down the compensation the meeting i should say ended and said they would reach out with the final information about hiring. Never called or contacted me after that. Honestly I was happy for how terrible their interview process was. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this company not just for the lack of professionalism within the interview process but how boring and terrible the job must actually be. I'm posting this because i don't want anyone else to deal with what I had too.
