Start with a 15-min phone screen with a developer and 60-min Skype interview with HR manager. Then (pre-covid) come in to headquarters in-person for about 6 hours, which includes giving a 30-minute presentation to about 12 people, lunch with the employees, a quick office tour, 4 45-minute one-on-one interviews with developers, a tour of some of the software Stellar Science develops, and (often) an interview with the CEO.
