Interview
Hiring process is bit tedious for employee. There are mostly 4 to 5 rounds
1) Human resource
2) technical round would be around 40 mins
3) second technical round by manager. this round is around 30 mins
4) CEO
5) Aptitude test
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stellarix Consultancy Services
Interview
There were four rounds of interview. 1. General HR 2. Technical 3. Online Aptitude test 4. Interview with company director. The technical round was longest but manageable. Last round lasted for 10 mins only. Aptitude test was normal. Nothing to worry about.
Few rounds of interview (telephonic).
1. HR
2. Technical (basics about your field and some general application areas of your domain)
3. About IPR knowledge (As of now you must have some knowledge about the type of work you are going to do...so basics is required from your side).
4. Final round (keep guessing)

Interview
it was not at all friendly. they just think that they know everything butt they know nothing. the question are pretty lame and poor background. no authenticity and non eligible people takes it.
