Interview
The interview was organised via the telephone from the office in Glasgow. The first interview was held in the Dutch office followed by a second interview onboard the ship on a changeover day so that both F&B managers were onboard.

The interview was professional and relaxed. A genuine interest and two way conversation made it mutually beneficial. Items covered were, management style, ambitions, impact, first impressions and life style.
