A recruiter call, a "technical interview", followed by another "technical" interview with eng leadership, a take home project, and review. They recruiting team is super slow between interviews (4+ weeks). I actually forgot I was interviewing with them. (TBH I may actually still be in their interview loop I haven't gotten an official rejection yet). The recruiter mentioned how the hours are normal for remote except for staff level who need to be online more to answer questions for more junior devs 🚩. They have multiple interview loops that are just Javascript trivia. Even the director of eng was asking blanket JS trivia. - No product thinking, no system design 🚩
