It was friendly with a simple introduction in the beginning. The graduate recruitment member introduced herself and what she did and how the process would work and I gave a brief introduction about myself. The questions started off easy and gradually became more focused and specific.

Why law? Why Stephenson Harwood? Why a commercial law firm? How did you research the firm? What seat are you interested in and why? Then a few competency based questions that I cannot remember.
The process was very structured and the interview began with explaining the structure. It went through typical interview questions. The interviewer was very nice and made it feel very conversational.
