The on-site interview had very few questions, was put into any classroom, and was there for almost 2 hours. Seemed very disorganized although the staff was friendly. Understaffed and it showed. Could have been a better effort to account for potential employees.

A two-step interview: with an HR and then with the owner. Straightforward, nice attitude, was offered a position that met my family needs back then. Even had a chance to be in the same class with my own child.
