Sterling Office Professionals interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. I felt that the team at Sterling had my best interest at heart. They guided me every step of the way. They even called throughout the interview and hiring process just to check in on me and see if I had any questions or concerns. They really stood out to me compared to other staffing companies I have dealt with previously. I ended up being offered the position and accepted. The company I was placed with is the perfect fit for me. Sterling really helped me find the right place for me to grow.

I was contacted by Sarah B. in the Pittsburgh office about a possible position with a company they represent. Since they found me, I thought, "why not?" A couple days had went by and I didn't get any word after sending over my information. I then followed up and asked what's the word? I was then met with the response "the owner is in China and I will get back to you on Monday." This was one month ago. Apparently, if their client doesn't like you, they don't have to inform you; must be why no one uses Sterling and everyone uses Kforce or a better competitor in the area. I am not very upset I just think others should know that this company does not value professionalism and decency. They are only in it for themselves and see you as a sale.
