The interview requires interviewee to complete a 2 hour long test to design a cafe, but the computer they provided had no design software. At least provide proper tools for those who don't own laptops. Terrible management.

Design Director made me feel uncomfortable, was making crude jokes about overtime and talked mostly about himself and his achievements rather than how his team is building. I feel this is the norm. Seems quite political.
