Management never arrived to do interview and threw the responsibility on random staff to interview each candidate that arrived after an hour of waiting in the lobby. Staff failed to ask me and one other candidate questions regarding prior experience and qualifications, instead decided to tour us around the plant like it’s an elementary school job fair. Seems like each candidate came to the interview more prepared and professional than the actual interviewers. Steves and sons looks like a great place to work, hopefully they can broader their horizons with some better performance with capable managers who don’t underwhelm in organizational and professional environments.
