I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stibo Systems
Interview
Other than the initial call with the recruiter, I had 3 video calls.
1. Hiring Manager
2. 3 Team members/Team Leads
3. Case study style where I was provided a business case an hour before and had to give a verbal explanation of my findings. Attendees were a combination of team members I spoke with prior, the hiring manager, and other team members.
I received an offer and countered. The recruiter told me the offer was at the max of its range and was sorry they could not accommodate my counter. I asked if I could have more time to consider the original offer and was ghosted. I did ask for the salary range in the first screening and was not told what it was - only that my current salary was in the range.
Please work on your recruiter's training and how they deal with acceptances or counters. This is VERY unprofessional and wasted several hours of my time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Stibo Systems (Aarhus) in May 2013
Interview
I was afsked to og through a 2-step interview process. One personal interview and one technical, starting with the personal one.
When I arrived for the personal interview, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and explained that he was busy so I had to do the technical interview instead.
Very bad experience as I had not prepared for that part.
