End to end process at Sticky was run very well with great communication at every stage. Interview was moderate to challenging. Friendly people throughout and asked good variety of questions with presentation at the end.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sticky Content (London, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
Two stages to the interview. The first was a face-to-face meeting with other members of the editorial team. The second was a live test.
The interview was fairly straightforward. We had the chance to talk about my experience, my portfolio, my expertise and my previous clients. I got the sense the interviewers were more concerned about seeing whether my personality and expertise would help me to settle in.
The test was to see if I could respond to a copywriting challenge, an editorial challenge and a conceptual thinking challenge all within one hour. This was designed to test creative thinking, technical expertise and the ability to perform under pressure . I thought the test was difficult but really well orchestrated and the ideal way to test digital content experts.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sticky Content (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
The initial approach came through a recruiter. We talked about the role in some depth. An interview was arranged within a fortnight, where I met the MD and one of the company founders. This was followed by a second interview within another two weeks. An offer followed quickly after. I was introduced and presented to the company's board before my start date.
