Sat down one on one with the partners. Discussed my skills and my availability. Went over my job history and my skills from each job. Went over what I made at each job. Discussed what I was looking for salary wise Was told they did not offer benefits which I was not happy about. Asked if I minded occasional overtime which I said I did not.
