Pretty basic and relaxed atmosphere. Met with several different people on the second call back. Seemed like they wanted me to interview them too. I expected a more formal process but felt good about accepting the job after they offered it to me.

how much do you know about the stone and tile business?
The health insurance does not offer national coverage - and you pay for it unless negotiated into your contract. The life insurance is only $10,000. The annual holiday days and PTO, like everything else at Stone Source, is minimal - just enough to say that it it technically offered.
A salary is the only real benefit that Stone Source offers
