Interview
I think there was some confusion over who I was and what I was applying for. I have over 15 years experience in social housing so therefore I’d have been an ideal employee for the role I applied for. However they kept asking me questions around my management and team leadership skills- I am not a manager, I was not applying for a managers job, I didn’t want to lead a team! Naturally as I wasn’t expecting this line of questioning I bombed completely.
