I was asked to take the exams which took almost a full day. If you pass the exams, your are scheduled for 4 in-person interviews with the HR staff, HR Manager, hiring manager, VP then President.

Will have 3 process, From the HR, Head and Manager. Just prepare and know about the role and the company. It will help you, but it was up to you if you like the management or not
