They place you in the back room and have you wait for a little bit. Two rounds of 3 people came in and asked a variety of questions, some behavioral and some just about experience.

As a staffing firm they are extremely versed in interviewing. They make you come in and sit for a while by yourself, and after they have you in the room they then come in and one on one interview you. I met with 3 people from the company, and then was shown their building.
