I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at StraightIn (Manchester, England) in Feb 2022
Interview
Had a virtual interview with the managers first to discuss the role, what I wanted to do with a career, any relevant experience I had. I was sent some online tests including a scenario on dealing with a problem and how I would approach it.
I was then invited in for a second stage to speak to a team, see what the role would look like and learn more about the company. I was then offered the job a few days later

How would you describe challenges linked to this role
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at StraightIn
Interview
Fairly simple first stage interview, it was a video call asking basic interview questions about experience (though they assured me experience wasn't necessary) and just getting a general feel for what working at StraightIn would be like. Pleasant first stage interview and then I was asked to come in for a couple of hours that week to have a trial. I sat with some of the executives and they showed me around the process and explained the basics of the day to day role as well as company culture etc. All round a pleasant experience as everyone was friendly and helpful.
