I was contacted by the recruiter for an interview and the first conversation went well. After the interview, the Talent Acquisition Specialist told me a test assignment would be sent shortly, but it never arrived. I followed up, was told it would be sent “soon,” and then she disappeared. Disorganized hiring process and poor candidate communication. A simple update or closure would have gone a long way.
