The interviewer asked a series of questions that relate to students and their interest. The questions were good questions that ranged between education and activities activities. Scenario questions were asked.
Quick, over the phone to set appointment, then in person. Very nice relaxed with director. Went over duties of the job. He asked scenario questions. Then went to background check.

Interview
The interviewer was very friendly and the interview went smoothly. They are very passionate about their job, and are very flexible with the working hours they offer. Originally, I applied for a translator position that got filled, but they offered me another position in the company over the phone, so I was prepared properly for the in-person interview.
