The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Strategic Solutions Unlimited (Fayetteville, NC) in Jan 2010
Interview
I had reviewed the company's website previously, but there were no offered positions displayed that were in line with my previous experience in the U.S. Military Intelligence arena. I found out by word of mouth that they would in fact be interested in interviewing me for a position (my specific Military Intelligence experience falls in the Human Intelligence, or HUMINT arena). Since this position requires a significant upgrade to my current Department of Defense security clearance, I passed the initial interview and signed an enployment acceptance agreement that is contingent upon a positive final granting of this clearance upgrade.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strategic Solutions Unlimited (Fayetteville, NC) in May 2010
Interview
I was initially approached by a recruiter via email. After a face-to-face, I was set up with an interview approximately two weeks later. This interview consisted of behavioral questions from a two-person panel. Following the interview, I was offered the job within a week. Other requirements prior to being offered the position include personality, IQ, and drug tests.
