I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Strategies 360 (Portland, OR) in Feb 2023
Interview
Talk with the team and so on. They would help you out with your internship. They offered me what aspect I am interested in. Also, they do not give you under any pressure or a bad environment during the interview.

Q: Tell me about yourself and what aspect do you interest in?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Strategies 360 (Washington, DC) in May 2019
Interview
I applied for a summer internship position with this company. I found the internship position on one of the well-known job board websites that every job seekers use. I was then contacted by an intern at this company to come in for an in-person interview on the week of May 27th. I immediately informed the intern of my availability, and the intern never responded to my emails and the company had no availability on the week of May 27th. I followed up with the company as the intern never responded. The intern said this: "While we appreciate your interest in Strategies360, the position has been filled at this time. Thank you again for your interest and we wish you the best of luck going forward." This was really at the fault of the intern and the company. Also, there were misspelled words and grammar/spelling/punctuation errors in the intern position job listing that the company posted online. I would be very carefully cautious of an intern interviewing prospective intern candidates. Make sure that the real, main hiring manager is interviewing you. NOT AN INTERN! Decency, kindness, proper communication, and respect go a long way. The intern and the company just screwed a prospective intern candidate over and wasted time!
