Classic process. First step was a phone call with an HR person: 20-30 minutes of background check and behavioural questions. Second step was a friendly meeting with CTO and Development Manager: less than an hour about what they are looking for, which projects you will work and other questions about your experience (knowledge of some techs). Final step was a task to do at home that takes time, but not so much difficult.
