Streamlined Solutions Group Entry Level Program Manager interview questions

I recently went on an interview with Streamlined Solutions and could not be more frustrated. I applied for an Entry Level Program Manager position. I went in for the first interview and everything went really well, so I was asked back for a second interview. There was minimal discussion of salary on the first interview. The second interview was where the pay scale was explained. Heads up, you have to go through 3 stages before you actually get to the job you applied to, which can take approximately 6-9 months depending on your performance. The first phase is 3-5 weeks long and the pay is $8 an HOUR with an 18% commission from the sales you generate in a given day for your specific product event. I did not go to college and get my bachelors degree for an $8 an hour job. Don’t waste your time with this SALES position. There was a minimal increase in pay as you progressed in the other stages.
