Initial Interview was a phone screen with the SVP, Business Development
The onsite interview was with staff, VP's, and the CTO.
The questions revolved around messaging, branding, and strategy. After the interview I sent thank you emails which were met with compliments on how well the interview went. "I thnk you have much to be proud in how you are crafting the future or marketing".
After they were acquired they gutted their Sales/Marketing teams and are in a rebuilding phase. Whomever ends up taking this role is going to have copious amounts of work to build from the ground up in every aspect. One other thought, if you interview a candidate for 4.5 hours and you have lunch, you should include the candidate or don't eat in front of them.
Although, I didn't get an offer I'm not sure I would want to work here. My gut feeling was that morale was low and tired.
