The interview cycle was long, about 6 months, but The Anti was very transparent in that their hiring decisions are strongly related to winning new business, as to prevent headcount level thrashing. Everyone was very easy to talk to - I was previously a customer to the Anti, so I knew a few people that I work with now before starting to work here.
