A 45 minute Zoom type interview. Relaxed informal feel. Interviewer was friendly and easy going. I enjoyed the experience as it was like chatting to a friend. Finished earlier than expected.

Interview took about an hour or so, discussed the basics and was promised a second interview which never happened, this required me to chase which frankly shouldn’t be the case! A simple ‘sorry we’ve decided not to proceed’ would’ve been better than false expectations
