No interview, straight up to training. Simple and pretty straight forward. The training is kinda hard at first, but it gets easier the more you familiar with the process. The fastest job application accepted in my experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Strikingly (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview is basically a short video where you talk about yourself in English and specified language. They test if you're actually a native speaker of a chosen language and whether you can communicate in English. Also it has to be a video since they want to see that you are a person you say you are.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Strikingly (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Dec 2023
Interview
Very long form that had to be filled in. Many irrelevant questions for example asking to share screenshots. Also required to send a 30 second long video asking to introduce myself
It was inaccurate. I did a language assessment. I was asked to do 2 series of it and they decided to reject my application stating I was not fit for the role because I did not pass the assessment. It was a language profeciency assessment and I am a language teacher for more than 14 years. I don't know what kind of criteria they have but I am definitely sure it's below average as they reject someone with the proper education needed for the role.
