Strive Compounding Pharmacy UX-UI Designer interview questions

I was referred by a friend. The VP of Tech was set to interview me but had no idea what the interview was for. He spent the few first minutes of the interview trying to Slack someone to quickly join the call, and added the Hiring Manager to the call on the fly. I asked him if this was a good time to interview and he said its fine. Not knowing anything about me or knowing he was going to interview me, I asked to hear more about themselves and the open role, his answer didn't match the description shared with me earlier. Overall it seemed unorganized. I was told I'd be a good fit and my skills are relevant to what they need, only to be swiftly declined! Considering how unorganized it was, I felt like I wasn't given a chance and wasted my time.
