I had one interview with the managing partner (about 45 mins) and then a separate interview with a different partner (about 30 mins). They asked good questions, and it felt pretty conversational. They were upfront about the demands of the job, and wanted to make sure I was ready to be an associate attorney. Overall, it was a good experience.
