The had my interview, later assignment me a task to complete. Task was drafting a plan in AutoCAD, as they provided me print out of one.
Later they cross checked my drafting and then accepted me.

The principal contacted me on linked in, and then I emailed back. Just the second day morning, they arranged me for an interview by phone call and bought me the flight ticket to their office. No phone interview. After three weeks, I asked about the status and they asked me whether I'm willing to be intern first.
