I exchanged a number of emails with the founder and also had a long phone interview. The founder has great vision and is focused on success and clearly has the experience and drive to get there. My experience wasn't as appropriate to the position as that of other candidates. The founder made that clear in a positive way that left me open to look for future opportunities with Strum School as the organization grows.
