I applied via-online and was messaged directly by the owner of the company for a interview. The process was very quick which was nice instead of waiting weeks for follow up interviews. I did an audit for example of show casing my work level. Through the process I didnt get any bad feedback and all my interviews was with the CEO and not any of the team members. Was confused and surprised that he came back and stated that I was not a fit. Would of like some more context on why I was not a fit. During the interview it was very good on being open and transparent on where the company was at and where I like to be at. Again, I didn't see any red flags from his point of view or got really good feedback. I was hoping to get a chance but guess I was not a fit for some reason and only negative experience is not getting good feedback on the why.
