Student Castle interview questions

Asked to attend a face to face interview with the site manager which was arranged at short notice, interview was basic then had a tour of building overall lasted around 30 minutes. Was advised I’d receive a phone call 3 days later. I didn’t hear back when expected so after 1 week I had to chase them up for feedback, was told interviews were still in fact taking place. I then waited a further 8 days before receiving a regret email from the site manager instead of a phone call explaining I was unsuccessful with generic feedback not specific to myself.
